The NEATA Youth Theatre Festival will be held in Kretinga, Lithuania 8.-12. May 2025. The North-European Amateur Theatre Alliance is the host in co-operation with Lithuanian Amateur Theatre Union, Kretinga District Culture Centre and Lithuanian National Culture Centre.
This festival is an opportunity for youth theatres from the NEATA countries to meet, see each other’s performances, learn from each other, share ideas, get to know young people from other countries and make friends, find out what they do, what interests them.
There will be theatre performances thoughout the festival as well as other events, workshops and a seminar on the state of Youth Theatre in the 9 NEATA countries.
Kretinga is one of the most beautiful towns in western Lithuania situated among the coast of the Baltic Sea. Kretinga will be the Youth Capital of Lithuania in 2025. Performances will be shown on the stage of Kretinga District Culture Centre.
